My Services

I offer 50 minute online or in-person individual music therapy sessions. If you choose to have sessions online, these will be using a secure online platform. If you choose to have sessions in person, my therapy rooms are currently located in E2 in the Bethnal Green area of London. In some circumstances, I can travel to your child's home or school for sessions, with travel reimbursement included.
If you are interested, we can have an initial phone consultation and discuss your hopes and goals from music therapy, and discuss how we might work together. I am a holistic and integrative practitioner and like to use a mixture of receptive and active music therapy methods, traditional talking therapy and techniques from art therapy, but we can agree together how you would like your therapy to proceed. Please note that I currently have availability on some weekdays and evenings.

If you would prefer a time-limited series of therapy that is more focussed on building up your resources and resilience, then SMI may be appropriate for you. Sessions are 60 minutes long and can be delivered either online or in person. Again, please get in touch for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we may be able to work together.

I can also offer face-to-face group music therapy sessions for 50 - 90 minutes and with a maximum of ten people. These sessions will be charged per person - please contact to discuss. Groups are usually focussed on free improvisation, discussion and song sharing.
Fees
Individual Sessions

I charge £65 per individual session, with a sliding scale available for those on a low income or psychotherapy trainees/ music and performing arts students. If this applies to you, please get in touch to discuss.

Group Sessions
​
The fee for group sessions varies depending on the size of the group and duration, but small groups start at £75 per session.

Please note that an individual 15-minute initial phone consultation is free, in all cases.

For Organisations/Schools
​
For work based in schools or other community settings and organisations, I charge a flat rate for half days (3.5 hours) or full days (6 hours).
