This CPD workshop I ran in May 2025 saw myself and two counselling colleagues encourage participants to explore creative new ways of working with deep feelings in therapy sessions with clients. The course included aspects of music therapy, art therapy, play therapy and counselling techniques utilising Inside Out characters and 'Reflective Endings' cards. The course was the first of it's kind and received very positive feedback from participants - we plan to run a second course in November 2025.
